The Adobe Next Gen campaign team is seeking an experienced marketer who will own mobile user acquisition and digital experiences across various channels.
This role requires a passion for combining creativity with analytics to drive material results, and strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage cross-functional partnerships (Product), regional, and cross-channel marketing teams.
What you'll do and own
Own the Mobile acquisition and Digital marketing for Adobe’s Next Gen Products with an emphasis on driving scale across channels while targeting critical metric goals.
Detail and refine the experience that comes to life after users are exposed to Media campaigns / mobile ads. Develop a deep understanding of this customer path from acquisition and engagement to drive conversions & revenues.
Lead optimization strategy for mobile campaigns as well as analyze results to help us determine how and where budget should be allocated
Grow presence and impact across app store and app search (ASO / ASA) with regular creative and messaging optimizations
Drive yearly / quarterly plans, creative briefs, campaign creative, and calendar for all marketing programs. Includes defining content requirements, managing cross-functional team check-ins, and supervising insights and optimization.
Collaborate with Web, Product, Media, and GTM teams to help create new and innovative experiences and customer touchpoints.
Create a robust reporting and monitoring system to distill performance to managers on a regular basis.
Use a data-driven approach & a vigorous testing process to evaluate hypotheses and extract insights on strategy and performance.
Assist as needed on other marketing initiatives and integrated campaigns.
What we’re looking for
Experience in outbound go-to-market marketing and targeted campaign planning for software or services, preferably with agency / vendor management experience
Critical thinking plus the ability translate strategy to near term tactics writing creative briefs, shepherding on-strategy creative development, carrying out in-market launch, coordinate media plans
Brand publisher approach to guide the content our audience is looking for and optimize the path to conversion
Analytical and data orientation. Excellent at both quantitative and qualitative analysis, with proven ability to take digital marketing and product usage data to glean insight and set plans of action
Proven relationship-building skills and experience with a broad range of partners, both internal and external
Creative practices, A / B testing, and understanding of full-funnel marketing concepts as a means to optimize performance
Accountability and confidence to make quick and clear decisions; persistent and not afraid to try new things, fail, and then try new strategies and approaches to succeed
Open and collaborative - share insight, spirit and energy as a team member
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to explain your work and results to executives as needed
7+ years related work experience.
BA / MBA is a plus.
