The Associate Account Manager (???) would be responsible for managing a group of Costa Rica s Accounts working with a Cisco’s cross-

functional teams in executing sales organizations strategy to drive Cisco preference and business’ outcomes for the customer on a strategic approach with Enterprise and Public Sector Accounts as the main priority

Main responsibilities :

  • Responsible for driving joint sales, marketing planning and execution with assigned group strategic accounts achieving quarterly and annual sales goals working in tandem with the Field Sales Manager
  • Serve as Customers key point of contact for relationship management issues
  • Work with partners in the delivery of services, solutions and business outcome selling
  • Work with our internal extended sales organization to execute plan around business strategies.

    Minimum Requirements for this Role :

  • Bachelor Degree preference in Engineering or Business Administration
  • Experience working with field sales, partners, technical, and operational resources to create sales strategies and execute goals.
  • Understanding of Cisco’s Operations and Partner Organization is desirable
  • Effective business planning, pipeline review and resource & partner management
  • Excellent Communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent English
  • Strong Outcome oriented
