The Cloud Technology IT Marketing Solution Services team is looking for a hands-on product management-focused leader for our Enterprise Marketing Services portfolio roadmap.
This team enables the platforms, applications and services that power Adobe’s enterprise marketing business.
You have a passion for technology, process, and a deep desire to work through complex challenges at an enterprise scale. The focus will be building new capabilities and optimizing lead management using Marketo, our custom technology stack, and the corporate CRM system.
You have an approach that encompasses a strategic, long-term vision, prioritizes the business value, and focuses on solving customer’s needs on an evolving and integrated product roadmap.
You are an experienced, capability focused individual with exceptional leadership skills.
Your responsibility includes collaborating with architecture, engineering, and the business to rapidly conceptualize, define, and launch new features.
You will develop a rolling 4 quarter roadmap collaborating with a variety of teams including Demand Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, and other Cloud Tech groups.
Your research and analysis across the needs of various groups will help identify and prioritize features in the product roadmap.
You will build impactful business cases and partner with delivery teams on the best implementation method and schedule. You will present and influence decision making across multi-functional groups and promote a product management approach to internal business applications.
Making thoughtful trade-offs to balance quality, value and schedule are foundational to the success of this role.
You’ll act as the technical forward-thinking leader to develop and promote scalable processes with an emphasis on enterprise marketing capabilities.
We expect you to provide thought leadership, improve existing processes, tackle technical debt head-on and encourage self-service platform features wherever possible.
