  • Learn more about how we deliver excellence for our customers and colleagues at Responsibilities Establishes and maintains relationships with key decision-makers within a business and region;
  • develops relationships with key leaders at the top of a business unit. Drives the achievement of the hiring targets for their sub- region, including time to fill, cost per hire, graduate, diversity, hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.

  • Supervises the beginning to end staffing process within the sub-region; designs regional sourcing strategies in collaboration with sub-region leads;
  • and troubleshoots and manages any escalations to senior management. Provides senior level advice to hiring managers on the hiring process and ensures that managers follow corporate and government policy Manages vendor relationships and participates in the assessment of their performance;
  • provides solutions for improving vendor relationships. Leads initiatives within the region; may provide support on hiring initiatives that span across regions or businesses.

    Uses advanced business knowledge and subject matter expertise to design the hiring and talent attraction strategy within a sub-region.

  • Assesses the efficiency of staffing tools, identifies gaps and presents opportunities to management. Education and Experience Required First level university degree;
  • advanced university degree preferred 6+ Years of Technical Recruitment Experience across various technical disciplines including software engineering, system architecture, data, and cloud services in a rapid growing environment 5+ Years’ experience recruiting United States Preferred Multi Country or Global Experience Preferred Experience Recruiting technical talent for Penetration Testing / Red Team, Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, DevOps, Systems Administration, Software Engineering Recruiting in the following services : Cyber Defense, Digital Identity.

    Secured Infrastructure and Security Risk Management Solid understanding of Cybersecurity terminology and experience engaging specialized, high-skilled or difficult-to-attract talent Knowledge and Skills Excellent communication skills Proficient in English Experience executing staffing programs in multiple businesses in which the company competes for talent.

    Good relationship management skills. Excellent project management and process development skills. Work Environment Remote work available
