CRM is astrategic business tool for Emerson. Thepurpose of the North America Business Intelligence Analyst is to developtools, systems and processes to support North American Sales Leadership withAnalytics and Reports within CRM by leveraging financial systems, customeraccounts and other data sources.
Work with North American Financial Leadership to support trade ordersreporting through Oracle HFM and integrate orders data into CRM
Establish standard monthly reports to support the needs of NorthAmerican Sales Leadership
Develop reports and dashboards to analyze relationships between customeractivity, sales behavior and sales performance
Develop processes, systems, and reports to support business needsrelated to customer segmentation by leveraging data from Oracle, CRM, Emerson’sonline store, and other sources as needed by the Sales organization
Implement Business Intelligence platforms for supporting North AmericaSales and Sales Enablement initiatives, enabling reporting on orders by month, YTDand MTD, by customer, year-
over-year trends, industry, KOB, sales region, etc.
3-4 years of relevant experience
Experience in managing complex data sets
Knowledge of report writing and database principles
B.A. or B.S. or similar (IT, IS, Computer Science, Computer Engineeringor similar) or equivalent work experience
Microsoft Office Software knowledge
Financial Systems experience
Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems
Ability to travel within the Americas
