Employee Development Specialist

We are seeking a Talent Development Specialist to join our dynamic team and engage in implementing talent solutions that will enable our employees to their greatest potential.

The successful candidate is a purpose driven professional who collaborates with others to create value-add solutions, including, implementation, administration and / or design and delivery of high-quality programs that engage, align, inform and inspire employees in support of business strategy and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage reports along with data for the talent team to use for analysis and performance metrics
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of materials such as job aids, playbooks, course outlines, presentations, handouts, communications, participant guides, leader guides, etc.
  • for various programs to provide a seamless experience for learners

  • Assist in the implementation of talent development programs, strategies, and priorities to cultivate talent including succession planning and high potential development
  • Serve as project coordinator for all projects supporting employees’ and organizational development
  • Coordinate logistics for instructor-lead and remote / virtual events, meetings and training for internal and external vendor-driven programs
  • Support administration of our Learning Management System (LMS), including enrolling users, assigning curriculum and courses, and reporting
  • Other duties as may be assigned
  • Position Requirements :

  • Reporting & Analytics / Continuous Improvement / Process Excellence
  • Advanced skillset in Excel / data gathering / analysis tools preferred
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Access, Visio) and SharePoint
  • Competent in the latest technology and ability to quickly learn digital talent platforms
  • Organizing & Planning / Decision Making / Relationship Development
  • Planning, organization, project management
  • Synthesize data and create focus on key priorities related to organizational objectives
  • Interpersonal relationship building, collaboration and teamwork
  • Ways of Working / Other
  • Perform under strong demands in fast-paced, diverse, sometimes ambiguous environments, with proper degree of autonomy
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation & persuasion skills
  • Formal HR and Training experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required
