Provides business intelligence services by processing data, creating dashboards, maintaining shared filing systems, recommending actions based upon data, and ensuring fluidity of operations for the group.
Extracts, links, and analyzes data from systems and compiles reports and recommendations based upon data.
Technical leader for reporting and data analysis within the group.
Linkage and creation of databases withing SFDC, PowerBI, or other data sources as necessary.
Creation of technical reports with Power BI, Excel, Word, and other reporting tools
Assistance and guidance in the process of monthly billing.
Other technical reporting functions that allow the business to gain insights.
Work collaboratively to design, develop, implement, and improve Management level visualizations, dashboards, reports, and business models in a dynamic environment
Support management in the decision-making process through data visualization and business modeling
Effectively present conclusions and recommendations to top management
Perform data manipulations on large data sets, analyze large data sets and deliver analytical insights through easily interpretable visualizations for internal customers, including executive leadership, that tell compelling stories and incite actionable recommendations
Ability to learn and understand modern database structures and capabilities
3 years of experience in a data analysis or technical reporting role.
Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Ability to conceptualize and apply visualization aligned to business requirements
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Adaptable, customer-focused, patient, collaborative, organized and able to multi-task
Strong project management skills : ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point
Advanced knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
Effective and professional communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal / external customers and peers.
General business level in English (B2 and above)
Willingness and ability to learn about the business in order to apply knowledge into the reporting structure.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science, Analytics, Economics, IT, or related discipline etc.
Experience leading data analysis and reporting activities.
Experience in the international shared services sector.
Programming knowledge including Python, SQL, etc.
