The Global Partner Solutions Channel Sales team is looking for a Digital Channel Manager to drive customer retention, cloud conversion and partner profitability.
The Digital Channel Manager role is key to Microsoft's growth strategy as part of the Global Partner Solutions organization.
This role will represent Microsoft to the channel, communicate our strategy, sell our vision and bring partners along in the digital transformation journey.
Your time will be spent with partners and your accountabilities will include driving their success with landing and growing customer revenue and consumption growth.
In this role you will need to work across your partners, GPS and the Microsoft field sales organization to ensure business goals are met.
Partner Management - Build a trusted and accountable relationship with assigned partners
Partner Capability Building - Work with your assigned partners to 1) build a robust renewal motion focused on outcomes that lead to customer retention, growth and transformation 2) increase Azure and Modern Work cloud consumption
Business development - Identifiy, communicate, and programmatically influence partners to pursue upsell or cross-sell opportunities and to drive growth including adding new services and workloads
