Responsibilities

The Role demands for a qualified professional who can provide guidance to direct reports typically comprising of first line managers and supervisors.

  • Should have excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks in software development projects.
  • Should possess practical experience in planning, executing and implementing multiple projects using one or more agile frameworks (Scrum is a must).
  • Should be excellent in Scrum framework, with all its artifacts and techniques.
  • Proficient in one or more Agile project management tools (Jira / VersionOne / MS Teams), Jira preferable.
  • Coach and guide all stakeholders to follow the agile principles and tools.
  • Excellent Problem solving, conflict resolution and organizational skills.
  • Manage project scope and timelines
  • Should be able well versed in running and managing all the sprint ceremonies.
  • Create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints.
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
  • Help teams implement changes effectively
  • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
  • Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
  • Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it
  • Software development & testing experience, and Scrum master certification is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management
  • PMP or Prince 2 Certification
  • Working knowledge of Azure Dev Ops
  • The incumbent would be required to do the following;
  • o Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups

    o Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration

    o Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)

    o Help teams implement changes effectively

    Minimum Qualifications

  • BE / B- Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA, BSc / MSc
  • Preferred qualifications

  • Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
  • Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations
  • Effective communication and negotiationskill.
