We are seeking an experienced strategy and product marketing leader to join our team and grow the industry leadership of Adobe Experience Manager as a world-class experience management solution.

In this role, you will :

  • Play a significant part in defining and leading go-to-market strategy for a hyper-growth product area within Adobe Experience Cloud
  • Develop and own content for priority product and solutions launches on Adobe's website, collateral (datasheets, brochures, whitepapers, presentations, case studies), sales enablement, partner engagement, interactive demonstrations and multimedia presentations, and other content that you deem vital to accelerate the business and product vision.
  • Drive meaningful insights into the business and product strategy based on market trends and interactions with global teams and customers
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering on market requirements for the solution offering.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Partners & Consulting globally to support monthly GTM activities including pipeline generation, and progression
  • Represent the product and business internally by clearly articulating and enabling the value to market, field leaders and sales enablement teams
  • The ideal candidate is passionate about customer experience management and cloud technology innovations that help businesses deliver superior experiences in a scalable and agile fashion.

    We are looking for a person who is curious and a fast learner and who also has a creative approach to problem-solving. We believe that someone who is both analytical and empathetic in using data and customer insights to derive meaningful industry trends, overall market and competitive strategy, go-to-market priorities will excel in this role.

    We are also looking for someone who can be the spokesperson for related industry events and customer meetings.

    About You

    Proven track record in solutions or product marketing or management. Be able to display track record of developing technology / marketing solutions that solve significant business problems with quantifiable outcomes.

    This person will come from a hybrid product management / product marketing / product strategy / industry background and have developed their skills in either a software technology vendor or represented a leading provider of services or products working with Fortune 2000 firm.

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software business, either in product marketing or product management roles is a plus
  • Shown success in influencing decisions at senior level.
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts into business value targeted to specific audiences ranging from enterprise architects to developers to IT and marketing decision makers.
  • Extraordinary written communication skills : able to consolidate sophisticated ideas into clear, succinct executive summaries.
  • Proven leadership with the ability to build consensus and drive decision making across multiple business units or matrixed organizations.
  • Ability to identify, evaluate, and build a market around new concepts and ideas
  • Proven track record to think and act strategically while advising a point of view with detailed discovery and analysis of relevant data.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies is a plus
  • Analytical skills and ability to drive decision-making based on less data available
  • MBA or relevant Master’s degree preferred
  • Experience with enterprise software business models and strategies
  • English required
  • 25% travel
