Execute recurring transaction activities in support of Partner Programs and Partner Lifecycle needs, and ensure timely, accurate, and detailed responses to both internal and external inquiries.

Activities may include :

  • Validate new customer accounts submitted by partners based on defined program guidelines
  • Update partner training and certification data
  • Living and Working in Heredia

  • Prepare and submit program fee invoices and payments
  • Review and Process NFR and Evaluation orders
  • Update and maintain partner information within PRM

  • Cleanse and maintain partner accounts based on partner enquiries received.
  • Support data cleansing activities and maintain data integrity in VMware’s systems.

  • Perform name change and M&A activities for partners, working with various teams such as legal, licensing, etc.
  • Process approval requests and agreements
  • Update partner training, certification data, user contact updates.
  • Audit and process rebate claims submitted by partners based on defined program rules
  • Provide program and periodic status updates and participate in global operation meetings.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and detailed responses to both internal and external customer inquiries in a professional manner as well as manage escalations to management as appropriate.
  • Track and manage transactional volumes and SLAs and drive efficiencies and adherence to business KPIs and SLAs.
  • Provide feedback and collaborative suggestions to resolve issues to the management team
  • Assist with UAT testing of system enhancements and new program releases
  • Provide program and periodic status updates and participate in global operation meetings.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Business Operations, Finance, BTA, Revenue, Program and Process teams.
  • Initiates and champions new processes, tools, and methodology improvements and ideas generated by the team.
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Requirement :

  • 4 years of industry experience in Channel / Partner Operations or Other Sales Operations
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, and proven attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement, and the ability to maintain personable working relationships with all internal and external customers
  • Ability to work at a high level and a detailed level.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to routinely utilize numbers and analytical techniques in a manner that improves both understanding and decision-making.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-departmental teams
  • Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
  • A self-starter, able to manage multiple tasks at once and the ability to work with minimal direction
  • Must be highly motivated and flexible in order to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to working in shifts and extended working hours per business requirements.
  • Educational : Bachelor’s Degree
