Senior FP&A Manager, Customer Engineering & Customer Success

We are looking to hire a Finance professional to join Adobe! This is an exciting opportunity to join the Digital Experience (DX) FP&A team as we continue to propel the business growth through providing significant insights! We will provide the financial support for our Customer Engineering and Customer Success organizations.

You will partner with our VP of Customer Engineering and our regional VPs of Customer Success to provide insights about the business and support ground-breaking activities.

In this role you will have the ability to influence management decisions, lead change & standardized methodologies, and challenge status quo as Adobe continues to scale for growth.

This position is based in San Jose, CA.

What you'll do...

Responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution for Customer Engineering and Customer Success forecasting models, systems (TM1), dashboarding to ensuring scalability of systems and processes.

Strategic Business partner to the management team providing insights and modeling the entire P&L.

Provide direction and thought leadership on process & system automation opportunities

Ensure outlook, forecast, plan and reporting processes stay on track and meet collaborator expectations

Accountable for ad-hoc initiatives, critical business analysis and key project supporting business partners and finance leadership

Automate processes and build tools vital to improve efficiency.

Lead ongoing strategic engagements with internal customers to drive return on investment and value conversations and stay engaged with the services teams as they deliver on the Adobe promise.

What you need to succeed...

Demonstrated success in leading FP&A function with growing scope and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment and matrixed organization

Proven ability in a SaaS based company supporting services organizations.

Experience with advanced financial modeling with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytic tools such as Tableau, Power BI, TM1, Anaplan, SFDC

Experience demonstrating innovative problem-solving skills and ability to drive root cause analysis.

Ownership attitude to drive initiatives with minimal direction

Excellent written and oral communication skills

SaaS / Subscription experience
