Job Description

The Mexico Business Manager within the Americas Business Management Group works closely with country and product group sales, market sizing, revenue and commissions teams and counterparts in the US, EMEA and Asia to achieve business objectives.

The individual contributor leads all of sales operations and business intelligence interactions with the Mexico Country Manager and his staff of direct reports.

This role develops and leverages a deep understanding of country business dynamics including customers, business segments, IT ecosystem, political, economic, social and technology trends, and a solid understanding of core analytics, reporting tools and sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

This role uses analysis and excellent communication to influence business strategy and drive results.

Responsibilities include :

  • Owning / driving country Key Performance Indicator process including planning and target setting, reporting through dashboards, tracking trends, forecast analysis and opportunity identification, driving results and process improvements.
  • Operations owner for annual planning process. Lead collaboration with sales and marketing, HQ, Finance, Busines Units and other stakeholders.
  • Leads country sales forecast process.
  • Driving operational sales excellence, data quality and policy adherence, analytics and reporting across the business.
  • Prepare / present country sales operations updates for various forums and including internal and external senior leaders.
  • Provides training / updates to country sales relative to KPIs, Sales CRM, procedures, and standards.
  • Lead country wide research efforts and interaction with third-party agencies such as IDC, NPD, Gartner.
  • Country voice into HQ operations.
  • Help drive country objectives.

    You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in : Business intelligenceData Analytics
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
  • Advanced English level
  • Preferred

  • Power BI, Phyton, R or SQL
