Job description
Curriculum - designing and effectively implementing the MYP pedagogy - integrating all stake holders
Communication - IB, Parents, Management and school community
Mentoring and training the team on a regular basis.
School development activities - be an active member in implementing ideas to help school grow
Procuring resources to support implementation of programme
Teach 10-12 hours
The DPC should :
experienced ( 4-10 years) in implementing the MYP programme
an IBEN preferred
have good communication skills
be empathic and open minded
be skilled in educational leadership and able to inspire others
be Inter-culturally aware with well-developed interpersonal skills
approachable and calm with an international mindset
be innovative, flexible and technologically adapt
