GIDA Migration Intermediate Analyst Description :
Responsible to consolidate remaining IS operations from business, CTI and satellite (in-country) offices, to meet the regulatory requirement of centralizing all Information Security (IS) functions under a single management structure Global GIDA.
Will work closely with Global Information Security (GIS) team, country O&T, Technology Sectors, Fincon, HR, Legal, Compliance and CTI for activities remaining within the country.
Responsible for planning and executing all migrations of IS Operational functions into GIDA. This individual will be a key member of the GIDA Migrations NAM / LATAM Team with a direct reporting line to the GIDA Migrations NAM / LATAM Team Lead.
The Global ID Administration (GIDA) is a global organization within Citi Shared Services (CSS) with 900+ employees located across the globe.
GIDA manages entitlement and provisioning of access for internal Citi employees / contractors and increasingly for external Citi clients who are using Citi applications.
GIDA works in partnership with Global Information Security to build appropriate security architecture in new apps and supports large business-
driven technology projects related to information security issues.
Implement standardized GIDA Information Security migration processes for applications and infrastructure systems
Coordinate with teams providing standardized GIDA support for applications, infrastructure systems, and terminations / revocations
Manage internal projects end-to-end while meeting schedule, scope, and performance goals
Cooperate with Service Delivery, Risk, CRM / BA, and re-engineering teams to exchange knowledge and experience
Collaborate with CATE Solution development teams and help with implementation of automation solutions and troubleshooting
Design and develop Citigroup information security related solutions
Test and implement process automation tools
Manage project stakeholders from system admin, developer, business, and technology organizations
Ensure processes and practices are compliant with Citigroup policy, especially IS policy
Analyze process security gaps
Support RCSA, Audit, and Risk Analysis
Support on additional / adhoc tasks from manager
Bachelor's degree or higher desired or the candidate should have proven equivalent work experience
Minimum 8+ years of overall experience and a minimum of 4+ years’ experience either in an Information Security Administration environment or related field with project management experience
Must be a native and fluent Spanish speaker
Must have good negotiation and troubleshooting skills and also superior verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience in Risk Management, Compliance or Identify & Access Management preferred
Good working knowledge of industry standard information security practices
Candidate must have a proven track record of working in a global environment
Candidate should be a self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills and ability to set priorities and work under pressure
Adept at running virtual meetings of global project stakeholders
Has to be innovative, creative and flexible
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Project Management experience and / or PMP certification is a plus
Knowledge of Mainframe, Unix systems, AD / Wintel systems is a plus
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project)
Knowledge of cloud based applications security is a plus
