The main responsibilities are to :
Plan, coordinate, direct and evaluate the company's operations in Costa Rica
Achieve proposed objectives relative to performance and profitability in the country
Establish, supervise and evaluate the implementation of the commercial operations strategies, in order to comply with the proposed objectives and increase market participation
Lead and manage the organization properly so that is reflected in their finances, continually ensuring the implementation and comparing actual results with plans and business standard
Negotiate deals, draft contract proposals and close sales on a timely basis
Generate maximum value for the company in the short, medium and long term
Maintain adequate organizational climate to ensure the achievement of goals and objectives, as well as harmony in the organization
Select, train, motivate, evaluate and integrate a high level professional work team in order to definitely achieve the proposed goals
Perfil del candidato
Bachelor Degree and MBA. 5 years of experience in services industry. Experience as business unit or country manager. Management, negotiations and commercial skills.
Knowledge in finance. Decision making and team work. Ability to travel. Fluent English.
