Summary :

The Enterprise Architecture Region Lead will assist with definitionand planning of key long-range technology architectural roadmap to anticipatefuture business needs and maximize long-

term technology investments. Thisposition delivers innovative architectural solutions for Experian, partneringwith senior leaders across Information Technology to establish and maintainarchitecture standards and solutions which align to the Experian’s strategicgoals.

The leader will work with stakeholders, subject matter experts, andteams of architects, to define and develop solutions that supports businessstrategy.

This position will lead the analysis of new and emerging technologiesand partner with senior leaders to investigate strategic opportunities.

The leader will relatethe businesses mission, strategy, and processes to its IT strategy, and documentsthis using multiple architectural models or views that show how the current andfuture needs of Experian will be met in an efficient, sustainable, agile, andadaptable manner.

This position will focus on the Desktop and End UserExperience. Should have experience with Security standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform all responsibilities in support anddevelopment of IT strategic plan and roadmap.
  • Maintain the organization’s IT architectureprogram including IT Architectural Governance and Standards.
  • Provides guidance, mentorship and technicalexpertise to application development leads and architects across multipleprojects.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and trainingto develop and encourage employee performance.
  • Mentor technical team members and direct theday-to-day work of contingent technical staff. Effectively articulate how the team canrealize business value through technology.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive technicalblueprint of the team's services, creating solution options that align ITservices with business missions, goals and objectives with consideration ofboth technical and non-
  • technical implications and trade-offs.

  • Review and recommend selection of third-partysoftware platforms.
  • Oversee implementation of solution architectureby producing blueprints that guide the development and implementation ofbusiness solutions across multiple projects, providing direction to technicalteams during project delivery and ensuring implementations support technologyand business roadmaps.
  • Develop and maintain the technology roadmap,collaborating with business and IT partners to ensure that the roadmap createsbusiness value with technically sound solutions and seeking out opportunitiesto apply technical innovations to customer needs.
  • Assist with standardizing a global architecturereview board and perform a leadership function on this board. Must have crossfunctional experience interacting with business lines in a similar capacity.
  • Monitor the business capability landscape to identifyopportunities for greater long-term business value.
  • Monitor the industry solution landscape to trackthe development of available solutions, and identify opportunities for adaptingthe team's solution architecture.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to EnterpriseArchitecture team to ensure the framework remains relevant and useful.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications :

  • Experience in Enterprise Architecture, SOA / APIGovernance and Implementation, Digital Platforms, Technology Transformation,Information Security
  • Knowledge of Experian’s technical environment
  • Knowledge of Experian’s business landscape
  • Enterprise Architecture, SOA / API Governance andImplementation, Web and Customer-Face Digital Platforms Development, TechnologyTransformation
  • SDLC experience in refining requirements,change and configuration management, dev / QA methodology
  • Experience developing an architecture reviewprocess and acting on an architecture review board.
  • Excellent planning skills in both tactical andstrategic planning.
  • Effective leadership and negotiation skillsrequired.
  • Experience in process improvement andfacilitation.
  • Experience with Enterprise Modeling tools(Casewise preferred)
  • MBA preferred, Bachelor’s degree in BusinessAdministration, Computer Science or related field required.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in systemsarchitecture, solution design and solution implementation.
