1.Complete internal and external EHS Compliance reports and data analysis
2.Develop and present training packages and matrix
3.Lead investigations of EHS incidents implementing systemic actions when required.
4.Lead plant EHS self-assessments and / or cross-audits
5.Lead EHS regulatory inspections with outside agencies which will include, but not limited to Tokio Marine, National Insurance Institute, Ministry of Health, Terumo Corp
6.Maintain the EHS integrated management system including ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 requirements.
7.Provide technical assistance and guidance to plant by, leading safety committee team and meetings
8.Define and establish EHS meetings with the Core Teams, following up actions required, and help needed.
9.Implement and maintain site EHS programs such as, but not limited to Fall Protection, Machine Guarding, Electrical Safety, Process Hazard Management, Contractor Safety, Confined Space, Radiation Safety, Chemical Safety and Respirator
10.Track and improve safety indicators (first aid, recordable and days away rates), including proactive indicators.
11.Support site Clinic with data collection, cases management and data analysis.
12.Support environmental programs such as, but not limited to Recycling, Waste Management, Chemical Management
1.Bachelor’s degree in EHS studies or related field.
2.3 to 5 years of related experience
3.Experience in the medical industry is preferred
4.Proficient computer skills
5.Minimum English Level 60%
