The Master Data Analyst will be responsible for creating, monitoring and analyzing supply related Item Master Data and identify gaps.
Work with cross functional teams to find solutions and implement them. Ensure compliance to Global Master Data Governance Guidelines.
Maintain the integrity of Supply attributes in Item master data by keeping the information updated and relevant in MRP through cross functional collaboration
Ensure compliance to Global Master Data Governance Guidelines.
Manage Item Creation and Update workflow per guidelines.
Ensure master data conflicts are investigated and resolved or escalated to the right level.
Run analytics on the master data for potential business impact and make recommendations
Regularly monitor Oracle Item Master for missing and inconsistent data. Solicit missing / correct information from other departments and upload into Oracle.
Push key routine evaluations and send actions to the material manager of the site for validation.
Serve as the Master Data Management subject matter expert
Develop work instructions and standard operating procedures
Build and publish material management relevant KPIs and Dashboard. Requirements Education and / or Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline
3-5 years’ experience in Purchasing or Production Scheduling / PlanningLanguage Skills
English Proficiency Required
Experience working with Oracle ERP system required.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically with Excel and PowerPoint
Good analytic and problem-solving skills and be attentive to detail work in a dynamic environment.
Ability maintaining positive work relationships with all work associates
Ability to maintain good customer relations.
