Provide timely Identity & Access Management services for end users, taking into account network security and data privacy requirements.
1.1 Primary Responsibilities
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for several services / processes (e.g. Genentech OnBoardings, Name Changes, Terminations, User Moves, etc.).
Continuously review and improve the related services / processes.
Analyzes and troubleshoot incidents (2nd level) related to the service.
Execute tasks related to Identity Management Operations.
Communicates with customer, requestor and / or IT partners.
Defines working processes and standards for the execution of daily duties and job function.
Creates and updates process documents and instructions.
Organize and conduct training for team members for the related services / processes.
Co-ordinate the work of the Managed Service Provider including dispatching of work, training of processes, ensure adherence to process.
1.2 Experience and Skills
5-8 years experience with proven track record of working in a major, global organization preferably in a regulated industry
Completes tasks and assignments with a strong customer focus and a highly responsive service delivery and support ethic
Experience in developing, improving, supporting and executing complex identity and access management processes
Experience in providing solutions aligned with standards, security, validation, capacity, high availability and identifying associated risks
Demonstrated willingness to cross train and to learn additional expertise related to operational activities
Demonstrated interpersonal, collaborative and commitment to operational excellence skills
Multicultural and international experience preferred
Excellent coordination, organizational and communication skills
International mindset with clear goal orientation
Takes a proactive, collaborative and supportive approach when interacting with colleagues
Additional experiences and skills required unique to this job :
Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management, Network Security and working experience in validated environment
Strong hands-on technical skills, operational background, and working experience with identity and access infrastructure technologies and business applications is an asset
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or business field, or equivalent experience
ITIL Service Management certification (Foundation required, Practitioner and experience strongly preferred)
English : Strong verbal and written
Other languages : are a plus
