The Technology Shared Services COE based in Costa Rica and part of Global Technology currently is in the need of a dedicated Application Support Analyst to act as a member of the Global Corporate Platforms (GCP) development team.
The Application Support Analysts primary role is to prototype new solutions for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow.
This will involve working with end-customers on new requests and process improvement initiatives. This individual will perform the following tasks including but not limited to :
Key Responsibilities :
Handling production system tickets. Being responsible for troubleshooting, researching system issues, problem resolution, and managing and executing needed changes in configuration.
Excellent English proficiency (oral and written)
Ability to work with cross functional teams and to keep abreast of latest technologies
Strong organizational, interpersonal, work management, communications and analytical skills
Developing application or business specific approaches and plans for testing, training, communicating, and deployment.
Coordinating and performing in-depth tests, including creating and executing test plans.
Understanding, interpreting and documenting process requirements and changes. Contributing to the various project development stages from design to release.
Meeting with decision-makers, system owners, and end users to define business and process requirements and system goals.
Translating business requirements into efficient and effective solutions. Creating necessary documentation - systems models, specifications, process maps, diagrams, and charts.
Requirements / Experience :
Bilingual English - Spanish - Level B2 or 90%
Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical requirements.
Experience and understanding of implementation agile methodology.
Degree in Engineering, Business or Management Information System (MIS) from a four-year college or university.
DocuSign, knowledge is a plus
Oracle CPQ Yellow Belt is a plus
