Job Description : Role & Responsibilities Provide customer assistance on a wide array of topics including, but not limited to general inquiries, product and service inquiries, correcting post-sale problems, billing questions and other concerns.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
