The Opportunity

The Cloud Technology IT Enterprise Solution Services team is looking for a highly talented Solution Architect to help chart a path for the Sales Platform Sales & Legal Services technical roadmap that enables our enterprise, commercial and partner selling motions.

You will be responsible for architecting, designing and implementing technical solutions serving a global, enterprise sales and legal services team transitioning from Salesforce.

com to Dynamics CRM supported by a variety of leading cloud and on-premise applications. While working on a full-stack of technologies, you'll have an opportunity to make a meaningful impact to our business customers in guiding teams to the latest modern digital marketing and selling experiences.

Your thought leadership will help identify and prioritize Sales Platform innovation opportunities as well as ensure elite operations.

You will partner with architects and engineering teams within ESS to promote a holistic architecture first approach to problem solving.

You will present and influence decision making across diverse technical leadership teams and promote capabilities and value propositions.

You’ll act as the technical forward-thinking leader to develop and promote scalable engineering solutions. And encourage technical teams to improve and simplify existing processes, tackle technical debt and implement a self-service platform approach wherever possible.

What you'll Do

  • Lead discussions internally and with Systems Integrators on architecting a modern selling platform including quoting and contracting capabilities
  • Drive standard methodologies around solution design and development with a particular focus on repeatable and measurable processes
  • Lead solution review sessions to govern scrum team results and validate enforcement of standard methodologies
  • Design, develop, prototype and document platform solutions and design patterns that solve challenges unique to our deployment
  • Provide technical oversight and mentorship to developers including ongoing code reviews, automation and continuous integration opportunities.
  • Be an inspiring technical leader and guide teams on Dynamics implementation standard methodologies
  • Maintain our platform documentation and roadmap
  • What you need to succeed

  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience as a solution architect or engineer with an emphasis on .NET and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • 5+ years of enterprise experience on the Dynamics CRM platform with deep technical understanding of building enterprise grade real time and / or batch interfaces, working with the latest integration and data replication technologies like - REST / JSON and Streaming APIs.
  • The candidate should have experience in building integrations between cloud-based and on-premise enterprise applications.
  • Microsoft Dynamics Certification is preferred.
  • Candidate must have demonstrable ability to design technical solutions that integrate business processes across disparate systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Azure Service Bus and interoperability with Java and ColdFusion clients.
  • Strong relational database and data modeling skills, preferably experience with writing stored procedure, functions and triggers.
  • Proficiency in SOAP-based web services, SQL, Apex, SOQL, XML, JavaScript.
  • Experience with MVC frameworks.
  • Strong Object Oriented programming skills with .NET is preferred.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed Agile Scrum teams is a must.
  • Experience with development, source control and deployment tools like Perforce / GitHub and Jenkins is preferred.
