Ecolab is seeking a Central America Financial Analysis Manager is to ensure service level, audit objectives, and the needs of Ecolab’s distributor partners are met in accordance with prescribed policies and procedures.

What You Will Do :
Responsible to manage Center of Excellence s finance decision and indicators.
Lead LAC Supply Chain-Finance team.
Elaborate financial analysis, projections, suggestions and make decision based on financial indicators.
Manage day to day and month-end accounting activities, including but not limited to journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, tax reports, cost reporting and analysis, accounts payable review, fixed asset maintenance
Book & record the general accounting documents and safekeeping
Manage the weekly payment process, summarize the monthly payment report, monitor daily financial position, and review daily cash report(s)
Manage daily & monthly sales posting, reconciling AP balance with Inter-companies and managing daily and monthly IR process
Manage year-end external audits
Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow & ERP
Participate in the preparation of the annual budget and work on periodic updates to business financial forecasts
Work with COE / Supply Chain & Finance teams to quantify and analyze financial performance
Experience in Cost Accounting. The candidate must have tangible experience of having worked in a Site with one or several factories and that knows the integral process of Cost Accounting within the production floor.
Knowledge on different types of Cost Valuation (Standard Cost / Average Cost).
Experience with routines of production.
Experience in financial analysis of Mfg Variances
Minimum Qualifications :
Finance or Accountant background.
5 year of experience in finance and supervision.
Robust experience with data analysis.
People management experience.
English level : Advance or C1.
Proficient in Excel.
