Support people strategy to attract, retain, develop and scale our talent. This role is the point of contact with our leaders to impulse talent management processes in Southern Cone.
Responsibilities :
Implementing people strategy to attract, retain, develop and scale our talent- Mentoring Program - Individual Development Plans Key Employees.
Developing, advising and rolling out people programs to Southern Cone team, including performance management, development plans, talent reviews, mentoring program, IDP for KE and other regional programs.
Coaching leaders on how to design, build and develop high performing teams, including performance management, people development, and total rewards.
Set and monitor key people KPI and make decisions accordingly.
Design and follow up a HR Dashboard for Southern Cone to mapping talent in the organization.
Support and advise the management team on HR related matters, partner with and advise the leadership team on people-related strategy and decisions.
Coach and guide leadership towards desired situational leadership styles that enable autonomous team Drive employee engagement initiatives working with local HR .
Build, lead and inspire People & Culture team.
Participate in all mandatory training provided by the company, such as those related to Trade Compliance and all training related to compliance with legal regulations and / or Corporate Policies, and may also be the mentor / guide of these issues if it is required.
Required Skills :
Bachelor s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or related.
5 years experience in Talent Management.
Strong experience across the whole employee lifecycle from performance management, leadership development, organization design and development, talent management, remuneration & benefits, and employment relations.
Advanced English level
