The Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned payroll professional to join the North America Payroll team to help pay the employees that make Adobe successful.

This role is perfect for someone that is comfortable working individually in a fast paced environment but also able to collaborate and be a team player.

You will help with the payroll process plus help develop process improvements to maintain accuracy, quality and efficiency of the payroll process.

What you'll do

Assist biweekly payroll process for 13,000+ US employees

Review pre and post payroll audit reports for accuracy

Respond to employees on all payroll related inquiries in a timely manner

Work with internal and external partners to handle any issues

Handle report requests from other teams

Work on GL reconciliations

What you need to succeed

Minimum 5 years experience handling payroll in a multi state environment

Proficient using Excel

Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail

Strong verbal and written skills

Experience with UKGPro (formerly UltiPro) a plus, but not required

CPP / FPC a plus, but not required

Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.

Colorado Starting Salary : $92,600 - $120,300

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.

Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
