The Workforce Project Manager (Lead Analyst) will play critical role-managing strategic projects that support FP&A vision, operations, employee experiences and workplace.

As a Workforce Project Manager, you will collaborate with various team members and leaders across the organization with a specific focus on driving big impactful leadership projects / events / programs from a project management perspective.

It will require a broad set of skills ranging from Program Management, Reporting and Impact Measurement.

The Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for providing management with an analysis and insight of Citi’s financial results in coordination with the broader Finance team.

The overall objective is to utilize in-depth disciplinary knowledge to generate and analyze reports as well as contribute to the development of new techniques to improve processes and work-flow.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide support for other development driven projects on an ad hoc basis. Projects may include process improvements, talent development, migrations and implementation of technology driven solutions.
  • Support all phases of projects from inception through completion. Partner with various teams to ensure full coordination, reporting, and alignment on projects.
  • Partner with and influence key stakeholders across the finance organization locally and offshore by building cross-functional partnerships.
  • Scope overall project needs & goals. Establish milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identify project problems and obtain solutions.
  • Ensure the team achieves business metrics and goals, and communicating across multiple stakeholders to resolve any potential issues that impact or business.
  • Manage our headcount and financial forecast plan including the ownership of monthly and quarterly reports, and ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of dashboards and providing data to the leadership team.
  • Frequently maintain the data tools and outputs.
  • Successfully identifying and implementing process improvements using data to inform priority. By owning all efforts for data collection, standardization, and reporting and impact measurement.
  • Qualification / Experience / Skills

  • Bachelor’s in business administration or related field
  • 5+ years of project or program management related experience
  • Strong program management experience from planning, executing, and evaluating impact across complex, global and / or high-profile projects.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
  • Solid experience and expertise in data analysis, Excel, and reporting; Power BI a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • PMO background preferred with a keen interest in learning about Finance.
  • Consultative and influencing skills to identify areas of opportunity, problem solve and manage multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills to effectively communicate and present at all levels of the organization and represent the business unit if needed.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholder teams.
  • Strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Demonstrates proactivity and can achieve objectives independently. Self-starter, resourceful and ability to independently drive initiatives and achieve goals
  • Interest in employee development and investing in human potential
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.

  • Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree / University degree or equivalent experience
