Catalina seeks a Digital Technical Operations Specialist to join our dynamic cross functional team. The Digital Technical Operations Specialist will report into the Senior Director of Advertising Operations.
The Digital Technical Operations Specialist will work with the Technical Account Manager to; create and deploy purchase-based audiences, build measurement tracking pixels and assist with general troubleshooting for Catalina’s Audiences and Measurement offering.
Will work with Catalina’s largest CPG customers to fulfil their targeting and measurement strategies.
Will act as a technical point of contact for the Technical Account Manager and clients to help troubleshoot issues, provide setup recommendations and work with internal teams to document and streamline new processes.
This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Product and Analytics, to build out process that will streamline segment development, measurement best practices, in-flight optimization consultation and end of campaign measurement results insights
Create and push data audiences to client's platform of choice for ingestion
Troubleshoot issues with audience ingestion in multiple Demand Side Platforms / Data Management Platforms / Social Media platforms
Build measurement pixels for clients to append on their campaigns in order to measure core KPIs and power Catalina’s Measurement Suite of products
Perform quality checks on client setup to ensure proper deployment of pixels
Troubleshoot pixel issues with client pixel placement or any data inconsistencies
Partner with Technical Account Management and Analytics teams to ensure that pixel strategy aligns with measurement best practices
Partner with the Engineering and Product teams to enhance the audience and pixel solutions
Provide post campaign launch QA and Data Validation checks
Monitor data to proactively understand and alert clients around changes
Pull and format data to enable insights and building reports
2+ years of experience in Digital Ad Operations, Programmatic Operations or SaaS Support roles
Have a deep technical understanding of the ad serving environment including RTB / exchanges / programmatic buying
Extensive knowledge of ad serving code including, but not limited to, major commercial ad servers and pixel container code
Ability to partner with 3rd Party Vendors including DSPs, DMPs, Social Media vendors, Data Onboarding platforms, etc.
Knowledge of account services and data analytics
Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption
Strong written and verbal skills in English (Minimum B2 level).
Bachelor's degree with a technology-related major or appropriate combination of education and experience
