Adobe Commerce team is responsible for driving Adobe’s worldwide commerce strategy & roadmap. The mission of our team is to enable world-class user experiences and make transacting with Adobe seamless.
As a Senior Product Manager, Payments, you build best of the breed payment and billing experiences across the end-to-end commerce funnel.
We are looking for individuals with a proven track record of influencing and driving execution of high-impact requirements while managing expectations.
What you'll Do
Use data, customer insights, and industry best practices to identify and build outstanding experiences for Adobe’s individual and business customers
Build business cases outlining projected impact for each opportunity to be prioritized on the roadmap
Write detailed product requirements and end to end use cases to be used by engineering & design teams
Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, product, customer support, and legal teams to ensure alignment on roadmap and prioritization.
Provide initiative rollout status & monitor impact of each initiative launched
Use Adobe’s own technology where possible & work w / 3rd parties across the commerce stack
What you need to succeed
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with expertise in payments space
Experience collaborating with cross functional groups worldwide across a large enterprise
Experience running A / B tests and making informed, data driven decisions.
Comfortable working with data sources such as SQL, Tableau, Hadoop, Splunk
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to present to upper management
Ability to balance several initiatives and shift priorities as needed
BS required, MBA a plus
