Our new innovative IT services organization is HPE PointNext. We have the expertise to advise, integrate, and accelerate our customers’ outcomes from their digital transformation.

  • Manages weekly reporting for Global Supply Chain execution, including four Regional Theaters.
  • Leads process improvement projects focused on improving our Supply Chain execution.
  • Drives key Supply Chain speed and predictability metric improvement programs.
  • Work will have direct exposure to Senior Executives within Hewlett Packard Enterprise
  • Develops and understands Supply Chain financials, including revenue, shipments, backlog composition, procurement, planning, and processes that interface with Global Sales.
  • Gathers shipment data from country, region to synthesize information using complex analyses.
  • Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Engineering or business graduate. First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
  • Typically 4-6 years of experience in a supply chain function.
  • Good understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver).
  • Very strong analytical and data modeling skills.
  • Very Strong communication and influencing skills; mastery in English and local language.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), statistical analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Strong project management skills to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within Supply Chain
  • Strong understanding of the company’s overall supply chain strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience in Lean Six Sigma. Principles applied in projects.
  • Collaborates across regions and functions within Supply Chain
  • Ability to influence a particular business within a region.
  • Typically interacts with Managers, Directors, and VPs
  • Typically leads medium to high complexity operational responsibilities and projects.
  • Utilizes the full range of quantitative and qualitative business models and analyses to contribute to large projects.
