Main Purpose of the Role
Drives growth of categories with key customers (distributor, channel, trade, and end-customers) for sub-cluster / country to deliver NS, OP and share growth objectives for defined categories across all markets in the sub Cluster, through creation and / or adoption of LAO / Cluster initiatives (brand, customer or channel).
Focuses on driving new business, through online and offline activities, increasing cross category penetration and driving loyalty in support of the sales organization in the local market.
Works in close conjunction with sales partners to develop plans, demand generation campaigns, portfolio optimization and mix changes, communication, promotions & launches.
Partners with Channel commercial leader to develop annual plans for assigned customers, based on distributor segmentation and leverages Category Foundations to deliver growth targets for assigned Distributors / Channel Partners, leveraging the digital transformation trend in the B2B business.
Drives distributor growth by participating in development of distributor business analysis partnering with Business Intelligence / Sales, including category performance, customer base evolution (i.
e. Churn, new business, etc.) and DSR performance tracking
Partners with Sell Out commercial leader and Cluster Cx to drive new business through online and offline activities, increasing cross category penetration, accelerating NB close rate and driving loyalty in support of the sales organization in the local market
Partners with Cx team (LQA) to drive enough leads to the funnel (online / offline) to achieve ABP targets.
Builds capability of sales organization in key jobs to be done & insights associated with appropriate market segments to improve sales closure rates
Partners with Sub Cluster Activation Leader to execute the commercialization of innovation, renovation, BFS / LCM and product changes for the country for their assigned customers
Partners with Sub Cluster Activation Leader to execute product assortment strategy for assigned key channel partners
Works with channel partners to design & execute ideal Digital Shelf for all KCP categories, leveraging the data in the PIM
Tracks the performance & measures ROI of marketing programs (online and offline)
Adopts digital sales tools, websites, SEO / SEM etc. from the Cluster Cx Marketing team
Leverages marketing content available in the Digital Asset Management System where possible; where unique content is created, ensure it is uploaded & maintained in the DAM System
Actively visits customers and channel partners to capture insights and check and adjust marketing programs
Provide marketing support to the Sales Organization including tender support, promotional requests, datasheet requirements, price increase support, out of stock communications, literature management, new customer setup
Manages assigned marketing budget within CFIs
Education & Experience
Bachelor Degree, in business-related discipline
2-5 years of experience in marketing / sales roles with a demonstrated track record of achievement and growth in leadership behavior
Digital marketing experience / knowledge
Resolving problems and translating to business opportunities
Masters with concentration in Marketing
Experience in a B2B environment
Experience in managing e-commerce customers
Telemarketing knowledge / experience
Commercial / Functional Skills
Business & organizational acumen understanding of market dynamics, P&L management & commercial mindset etc.
Able to navigate and perform in ambiguous circumstances
Demonstrated contagious positive energy to influence, inspire & drive results
English language proficiency
