We are looking for a full-time Sr. Recruiter, with full-cycle recruiting experience, to attract, screen, select and onboard qualified and suitable candidates.

This person will partner with managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of our growing company. The Senior Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent top to bottom to support the awesome culture we have created.

This position is a true contributor to the growth of the company and provides the talent that makes Snap Finance successful.

The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance between business needs and serving our team members.

The Job

  • Conduct full life cycle recruitment efforts for the USA and Costa Rica (including exempt and nonexempt team members, volume, technical and / or corporate profiles)
  • Identify and leverage key sources or channels to attract prospective candidates and build a talent pipeline
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Maintain our ATS system updated with accurate information
  • Consult with managers to discover requirements and specific job objectives
  • Communicate appropriately, proactively and consistently with Hiring Managers, Business and HR Partners, external contacts and potential candidates to ensure a positive client and candidate experience
  • Establish professional boundaries and maintain confidentiality
  • Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of department and services performed
  • Network within the community and establish a strong rapport with internal and external contacts
  • Assists in developing new team member programs
  • Stay up to date with recruiting methods and practices
  • 4+ years full life cycle recruitment experience (including exempt and nonexempt team members, volume, technical and / or corporate profiles)
  • 2+ years of experience in cross-cultural work environments
  • English language proficiency
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent recruiting experience required
  • Ability to conduct structured, competency and behavioral-based interviews
  • Hands-on experience with various interview processes (phone interview, reference checks, etc.)
  • Proven track record of identifying, assessing, attracting and hiring successful talent for volume, technical and corporate profiles
  • Ability to jump from one task to another quickly and seamlessly, while ensuring minor mistakes are not made in the process
  • Works well in a team environment - requires outstanding communication and organization skills
  • Deadline driven and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Thrive in a very intense, fast-paced and high-pressure work environment
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects independently and remain flexible in a changing environment
  • Exhibits the highest level of professional standards in both oral and written communication
  • Can tell others no politely and can respond courteously when told no from others
  • Shows initiative to handle tasks not yet assigned
