We are seeking an energetic and detail oriented professional to help configure & implement client’s workflow rules. This role is for someone that enjoys thinking logically and building out data flows, and understands the criticality of a timely implementation of client rules and partners with the Account & Implementation teams to deliver an integrated solution set for clients.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Review and assess client workflows and associated data provided for building algorithms in the system to automate client operational rules.
Create and manage algorithms so they perform as required for the client
Hands on building and testing workflows / algorithms using an online configuration platform using a Visio like interface
Ability to troubleshoot / debug algorithms in collaboration with the broader team
Own the implementation and maintenance of assigned clients’ scheduling rules configuration
Provide feedback and design suggestions to ensure the client algorithms perform as required
In collaboration with the team members, establish and adhere to algorithm build frameworks that make it easy for other team members to understand, manage, collaborate and update algorithms (i.
e. constructing an algorithm that can be easily understood & edited by another team member)
Identify areas of opportunity for improvement in the algorithm build framework
Work with Account Management & Implementation team members to execute on key client program goals
Developer experience not required, but must have the ability to understand logic and data flow
Experience working with rules engines preferred, but not required
Ability to grasp new concepts; to learn and get up to speed quickly
Demonstrated analytical skills
Ability to communicate proactively and clearly in person, by phone and by written word
Proven work ethic, drive and determination. Owning your work and results; getting it done and doing it right.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced proficiency in Visio.
