Here’s some of the things you’ll be doing

The main responsibility of the Marketing Execution Manager located in Costa Rica, is to develop and execute availability and affordability strategy and tactics to achieve brand value and brand love objectives for the portfolio.

This role will also be responsible for flawless execution at the point of sale process of portfolio for Panama.

Function Related Activities / Key Responsibilities

  • Contributor that is fully proficient in applying established standards; knowledge base acquired from several years of experience in particular area;
  • may coach other professionals.

  • Develop and execute availability strategy and tactics. This includes, but not limited to, defining / re-applying and executing specific objectives (by channel, brand, regions), etc.
  • This should be done in close collaboration with the bottler and leveraging business unit capabilities team to achieve availability goals defined in the Rules of Engagement.

  • Develop and execute affordability strategy and tactics. This includes, but not limited to, conducting and executing OBPPC analysis, price-
  • packaging strategy, price promotions, bundle promotions. This will be done in close collaboration with the bottler.

  • Adapt and execute Connections Plans (ATL / BTL). This includes, but not limited to, media, POS material, sampling and local events.
  • This will be done in close collaboration with the bottler, leveraging knowledge from the funcition unit, Marketing, BU Marketing.

  • Track performance and provide early input and feedback to Business Plan.
  • Education Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Marketing or related.
  • Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing or proven experience
  • Related Work Experience :

  • Minimum 8 year of hands-on experience in management.
  • Proven track record at managing multiple projects in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Functional Skills

    Practical experience with as many of the following as possible :

  • Fluent English and Spanish
  • Project Management
  • Influence and persuasive skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Value based relations and solid interactions with others
  • Analytical skills
  • Systematic and strategic thinking
  • Extensive knowledge of the Coca-Cola System highly Preferred
