Responsibilitiesarrow right
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
Prepare and submit weekly / monthly reports
Assist Controller in the preparation of monthly / yearly closings
Perform standard cost updates
Manage purchasing and travel cards
Perform cash reconciliations
Post and process PD (product development) billing
Assist with other accounting projects
Qualificationsarrow right
Technical Degree in Finance or Accounting, or Student of a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related field
1-2 years of Accounting experience
English skills of 85% (oral, written & comprehension)
Knowledge of MS Office and ERP SAP
Understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
Self-managed and motivated.
Excellent organizing abilities
Analytical acumen with numbers and figures
Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Reliable and punctual to work with a focus on world class customer service
