Provide administrative support to the Senior Facility Manager and client for local facilities operations
What you’ll do
Assist facilities staff to ensure effective implementation of services in accordance with contractual, performance and quality expectations of the Company
Lead the coordination and scheduling of all maintenance and technical activities related to the Shared Services Center.
Manage facilities-related processes, such as work orders, moves, contract / vendor / staff management, financial / requisitions, and provide monthly operating reports.
Manage the diferente maintenance platform sistem, tenant requests, EHS requirements and site services
Manage facilities vendor and contractor relationships and contracts. Coordinates Service Level Agreements for vendors and reports results.
Ensure contract compliance
What experience you need
3+ years of real estate property / facility management or related experience (Maintenance)
Bilingual English Spanish required (Spoken and written English B2 or C1).
At least 2 years of experience using G Suite or Microsoft Office Suite.
At least 1 year of experience handling budget and invoices process (purchase orders)
What could set you apart
Bachelor Degree in Engineering, specialized on Electromechanical is preferred.
