This person is responsible for ensuring the work team of a specific shift, must coordinate or escalate tasks such as quality problems, machinery instability, production line balances and personnel in charge.

You must be the leader of the Value Stream by giving direction of the process, daily priorities and major escalations to management groups.

o Apply analysis and strategy to meet the company's goals o All other functions assigned to it. o Ensure direct production indicators such as productivity, efficiencies, STR and absenteeism.

o Coordinate the work team as quality, process and planing engineering. It must be the person who does the synergy between the departments.

o Lead the Tier 2 and Tier 3 meetings, be responsible for presenting the indicators to the management. o Scale quality problems, maintenance and stability of different work areas.

Follow the standard escalation process for machines and Yield.

o Graduated as an Industrial Engineer or related career (applies for positions as of fiscal 2018)o Minimum two years of experience is Supervisory positions.

o If you do not have an academic degree at least 5 years of manufacturing experience in similar positions. (Applies to personnel hired between 2008 and 2017).

Must have a university degree.o Have experience in Leam manufacturing or problem solving processes.o Experience in personnel management and problem solving at HR level.
