This position is based out of SJO10 and specializes in employee movements as part of the employee life cycle. The work focuses on answering questions and processing transactions in HR systems from various contacts, including HR, Compensation, Recruitment, Managers and Employees.
As a member of the team, you are also responsible for assisting with training and communication to HR partners and Amazon employees to build consistency and encourage self-service.
