Job Description

Help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, they are sometimes seen as having a role in sales.

To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

This is a 3 month temporary position with the possibility to extend a further 3 months.

Requirements :

  • English proficiency (B2 or above).
  • Basic understanding of MS Office Packages.
  • Effective communication skills over the phone and email.
  • Good to have :

  • Customer Service Experience.
  • Financial Background.
  • Previous experience working for Goals and Objectives.
  • Sales experience.
