AP Invoicing Jr. Analyst

Job Description :

Enter invoices into the SAP / Ariba system.

Identify and investigate invoices for problem services and scale for investigation / resolution if necessary

Constantly achieve team metrics for quality and productivity.

Show attention to details.

Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and managers

Ability to work effectively in a team environment, including giving and receiving comments and guidance to / from team members to ensure that production objectives are met

Ability to make prudent reasoning and technical evaluations of complex invoices and provide options for solutions

Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions

Strong communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Other assigned tasks :

1-3 years technical administrative experience

1 year of Billing experience

Experience in data entry is required

Detail-oriented with proven accuracy

Ability to investigate and solve problems with a minimum address

Intermediate knowledge of computer-based software such as Windows and Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.

SAP / Ariba / Atlas knowledge

Advanced English 85% or more required

Portuguese nice to have
