Role Overview :
We have a unique entry level opportunity for a highly analytical and detailed individual who loves data analytics. This individual will work on an interactive team and will support all of the core Global Talent Acquisition (TA) initiatives.
This critical role will focus on market research, benchmarking, comparative analysis, provide project work-stream support, and resolution of issues escalated by internal customers in our high-touch environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or other related majors
Must be in excellent academic standing, with a 3.0 GPA or above preferred
1-3 years of post-graduate work experience
Strong communication skills including technical writing, listening and speaking; ability to influence others
High learning agility with the ability to analyze and synthesize data and then present it to senior leaders
Must be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive project completion
Independent thinker with ability to deliver quality work with minimal oversight
Ability to assess technical issues and develop solutions
Ability to manage tight deadlines across multiple tasks & assignment changes, and adjust to rapidly changing technology & dynamic business growth
Time management and organization skills are a must
Must be highly proficient with both Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with Workday is preferred.
