Identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the business brief.

Provide local administrative support to the HR function as part of the Global CloudPay HR team.

  • Attributes and Experience Required :

  • Previous HR or recruitment experience (desirable)
  • Experience of using recruitment tools and internal systems (ATS)
  • Experience of candidate searching via different methods and job portals (LinkedIn, Reed etc)
  • Self-motivated
  • Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Tenacious and resilient
  • Driven and determined to achieve objectives
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise and escalate where necessary
  • Candidate focused approach
  • Confident in all methods of communication (phone, email, face to face)
  • Demonstrable questioning and listening skills
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities Will Include :

    Resourcing as part of the global HR team and local HR support including :

  • Support the Recruitment Manager
  • Research, identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements
  • Write, place and update adverts in line with company procedures
  • Monitor responses / applications received and make sure that candidate’s applications are processed efficiently
  • Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidates and internal teams
  • Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships
  • Understand and meet agreed KPIs and targets
  • Provide first line support for all enquiries from candidates and hiring managers
  • Seek and provide feedback in a professional manner at all times to candidates
  • Accurate recording of candidate and client information on the recruitment database
  • HR administration in Costa Rica including employment contracts, on boarding support, local benefits and general questions
