Work closely with Digital Experience Analyst to support creation, improvement, continuous improvement, growth, strategic initiatives, and key business metrics related to Digital Initiatives implementation for Measurement Solutions across Latin America organization.
This role has special focus on supporting all MyEmerson internal related initiatives, managing the lead process for Measurement Solutions Latin America as well.
Having direct contact with our customers and redirecting them to the corresponding country and also help to optimize our lead to cash process by offering support to our sales channel and Tier 0 and 1 orders from Standard and Unspecified customers originated from online leads, mainly MyEmerson Leads and RFQs.
Duties and Responsibilities

Guide Customer to Digital Experience
Train users to self-service through MyEmerson
Escalation point for GRC chats
Escalation point for Customer Care
Escalation point for troubleshooting

Support MyTransactions Implementation
Support Customers roll-out to MyEmerson
Quote to Customers using MyTransactions
Digital Salesperson for Tier0&1 according Customer Segmentation
Help Digital Experience Team archiving sales targets related to online
Be responsive to customers
Be responsive to Emerson Entities & LBPs
Play a key role in supporting and owning Operational actions, as :
MyEmerson general set-ups
Price Agreements management support
Leads, Quotes and all MyEmerson transactions follow-up
Tracking Measurement Solutions Leads from all sources of Leads generation
Load leads into CRM
Assign the lead owner
Generate Monthly Reports
Education : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT Engineer, Communications, Marketing, Business or related field.
Experience : 2 years of customer service experience and data base is preferred.
Ability to work with remote team members. Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Excellent organizational and project coordination skills. Good attention to detail.
Solid keyboard skills and a strong proficiency for using Windows & MS Office Applications is a must.
Good written and oral communication skills (B2 English Level)
