LI-DNI Provides project management services and counsel to NICR senior management in assisting and / or driving decision-
making process for site projects involving team interlocks or specific site needs. This role will be key towards driving alignment and moving the organization towards automation of processes and continuous improvement of processes where possible.
This role will help to drive methodologies for improving the customer experience and reducing the customer effort (by identifying friction points).
All of the above in support of driving the Core Strategic Vision (CSV) and the Site Vision.
Main responsibilities :
Key partner to the General Manager, HR Manager and Corporate Communications - Specialist and the senior management team for driving site related projects.
Partner with leaders for driving innovation at the site in order to achieve business goals and creating unique differentiators and site capabilities.
Map processes and drive documentation governance at the site level.
Process ownership and execution of needed changes towards simplification.
Identify, recommend, and validate process standardization towards automation.
Be responsible for all elements of site capabilities to be shared with stakeholders that are investigating the site as well as for the teams on site considering expansion.
Support organizing off-sites and leadership meetings that are conducive to driving site direction based on senior management, stakeholders, employee and corporate strategic vision input.
Support teams with best practices for transitioning new groups and / or functions.
Support GM and HR in pushing the organization to a next level of technical and people management expertise and by appropriately networking leaders and teams within the organization.
Perform other assignments as required from time to time by management.

Minimum requirements :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
4 to 6 years’ experience in a related role
Using project planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated experience coordinating and directing matrixed teams and resources.
Ability to create and manage program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management / executive levels.
Ability to lead in dynamic, ambiguous and changing environments.
Influence others who they don’t have authority over.
Software knowledge and computer skills.
Advanced English skills.
Preferred qualifications :
PMP / PMI certification
Lean Six Sigma methodology (Green Belt Certificate)
Agile / Scrum Certified
