The Regional Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Lead Analyst will play an important role in executing TA Operations in Latin America by partnering with the regional TA leader and team members to develop, define and deliver regional / global TA process, programs, services, and solutions while driving operational excellence and compliance.

What you'll do :
Partner with Americas TA Leader to engage with region specific priorities and opportunities.
Represent the Americas TA Operations team by communicating operations team’s focus and action plans and liaising with appropriate operations team members to provide necessary support for regional priorities.
Solve organizational problems through operational solutions in partnership with regional TA Leader.
Part of TA Operations team tasked with developing and implementing global, scalable TA processes and programs incorporating change management activities to ensure successful adoption within Latin America region.
Continuously improve TA tools, templates and training in partnership with operations team and regional TA leaders.
Contribute to TA operations team in defining strategy, execution and continuous improvement for a global program (such as Employee Referral, Internal Mobility, etc ) or work stream (such as candidate care)
Support vendor management strategy, manage regional setup and contract management.
Create and deliver ongoing knowledge-based and capability building training and development for talent acquisition members.
Partner with Talent Management & Core HR on delivery model for employee, Hiring Manager or HR trainings relevant to TA.
Support newly acquired businesses in adoption of Stryker’s TA model.
Provide training and direction as needed to bring new business up to speed.
Facilitate communication and change management of operational projects for regional team.
Lead process improvement efforts regionally utilizing the plan, do, check, act continuous improvement cycle.
Assess and identify opportunities in the talent acquisition processes and tools to simplify the talent acquisition, hiring manager, and candidate experiences that lead to more efficient and effective recruiting, screening, and selection process while ensuring data integrity, reporting, and compliance with legal and client requirements.
Drive compliance with local government regulations and data integrity of ATS system through accountability, process design, training and technology
Accelerate onboarding by delivering TA onboarding and system training driving consistency to global processes, programs and systems
Accelerate capability building by creating and delivering ongoing knowledge-based and capability building training and development for talent acquisition, hiring managers and HRBPs.
Create and maintain TA tools and resources.
Provide mentorship and resource support for local team members for process, program and system support
May support identification, testing and execution of new technology solutions
What you need :
Bachelor’s degree is required
Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English required. (Portuguese not required but strongly preferred)
Previous experiences of recruiting, HR or other relevant experience.
Must be able to travel 20% of time; including international travel.
