Responsibilities include leading the SLEA process, developing and aligning Supplier Action Plans, developing and optimizing supplier driven material inventory targets, and executing material changes associated with initiatives and cost savings projects.
Has the primary responsibility for holding the Supplier accountable when P&G experiences a missed expectation of the Supplier’s performance and will confirm resolution to root cause.
Partners with Planning to solve systemic issues and drive continual improvement.
