CSIS Shared Operations Services is the unit responsible to coordinate and support all CSIS Latam & Mexico BAU operations.
This position will be responsible for support CSIS daily operations and to provide with resources to simplify as well as improve them.
Applicants must possess organizational skills, good communication skills, attention to detail, analytical skills, strong understanding of applications and systems, and proficiency with Microsoft Office mainly Excel and Access.
Support the implementation of the regional CSIS Third Party Management (contracts management) by designing of the related internal processes and providing the appropriate control infrastructure.
Support CSIS vendor’s relationship acting as business supplier representative.
Support and document all operation with vendors.
Support the operation (end to end process) with all the requisition related to projects or bau operations to all the areas across LATAM.
Ensure that vendors are corrected classify and in compliance with Citi’s policies.
Oversee that vendors meet their contractual obligations (service provided on time with quality)
Make sure that the services provided are accurate paid by anticipating the monthly invoices amounts.
Manage communications with users, procurement, sourcing, accounts payment and vendors.
Provide the amounts for allocating the security & investigative expenses to the related users on a monthly basis.
Execute automated procedures interfacing with systems to report business analytics and financial support indicators.
Perform monthly reconciliations between actual payments and accounting info.
Generate periodic queries on financial, accounting, security, safety, fraud, etc. with accuracy to identify and process data sources.
Build operational and executive reports base on CSIS management and / or functions needs.
Use problem solving skills to determine problems’ root cause and suggest solutions with users.
Assist CSIS staff on administrative processes such as corporate cards and communications tools.
Bachelor’s degree completed or equivalent experience
1-2 years of experience related to business administration, industrial engineering, accounting, operation processes.
Good math skills and strong attention to details.
Outstanding written and verbal communication; interpersonal and collaborative skills with multicultural sensitivity.
High level of personal integrity, and the ability to professionally handle confidential matters and exude the appropriate level of judgment and maturity.
Must think critically to sort relevant information.
Good planning and organizing skills with ability to deliver to plan and deadlines.
Team player but must have the ability to work independently and meet strict timelines.
Being a self-starter and motivated to offer innovative solutions and create quality results.
Ability to think critically and respond to time-sensitive requests
Strong control awareness
Strong service attitude.
Strong understanding of various tables / datasets available for analysis.
Computer literate with good excel and access skills.
Intermediate level of English (85%)
