Work independently to conduct Email outreach campaigns, navigation support for Marketo / Salesforce users & ad-hoc and standard reporting for the ICM engagement, including management and rating group specific requests
Documentation of support processes & FAQs
Work with project team to implement changes / clarifications to the process, template changes, etc.
Conduct testing for Maintenance & Enhancement releases
Provide error-free output on standard and complex tasks and achieve the targets efficiently
BA / BS in business, finance, management or similar field
1-3 years of professional relevant work experience, preferably working in a financial institution, with credit and / or research knowledge
Knowledge and experience of with Marketo is desired
Client engagement experience is desired
Experience in CRM tools such as Salesforce along with reporting and dashboards is a plus Moody’s is an equal opportunity employer.
