Position Purpose & SummaryThis position is responsible for collecting customer past due balances according to established collection strategies.
The average portfolio size is in excess of $50 myn with average past due balances of $10 myn. This position performs business-
to- business collections and is the front line for escalating cash flow concerns to our business partners. In addition, this position is accountable for identifying disputes resulting in delay of payment and collaborating with our customers and business partners to improve payment cycle time.
