The Opportunity

Reporting to Adobe's CFO and EVP of Finance, Technology Services, and Operations, you will lead Adobe's Treasury services team and interact with all levels of accounting, finance, tax, and legal professionals.

What You'll Do

Ensure that our Treasury capabilities stay ahead of the increasing complexity of our business

Resolve that appropriate controls are in place to safeguard the assets of the company

Direct the management of bank accounts, cash, investment portfolios, and global daily liquidity

  • Liaise with the company’s bankers and ratings agencies to handle existing debt and credit lines, as well as any new issuances and re-financings;
  • recommend and implement related interest rate exposure management activities

    Review and recommend capital structure positioning for the optimal mix of cash, debt, return of capital, and strategic acquisition firepower

    Work closely with business development teams to proactively handle the acquisition funding process

    Evolve strategy for foreign exchange hedging, trading controls, policies and procedures, and quarterly reporting of hedging results

    Lead initiatives to further automate and scale Treasury processes and Executive Team level management dashboards

    Corporate insurance risk management, including risk identification, selection of insurance brokers and carriers, insurance renewals, and claims administration

    Credit and collections function partnering with sales to provide financing solutions that drive revenue within an appropriate level of credit risk

    Accounts receivables and disbursements, including evolving payment products and methods, merchant processing structures, and related costs and benefits

    Short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting to aid in liquidity positioning and capital structure decisioning

    What you need to succeed

    15+ years experience in senior finance leadership roles partnering with officers and executives, including direct experience interacting with boards and board committees

    Be a hands-on leader who inspires and mentors colleagues and direct reports with clear thinking, market insights and problem-solving

    Deep subject matter expertise in Finance, especially Treasury, with an extensive network of external relationships that can be used to keep a pulse on the business and competitor dynamics

    Firm grounding in treasury accounting and SEC reporting, international tax and legal entity structures, and treasury management systems

    Proven track record of successfully managing c-level relationships, effectively partnering on financial planning and strategy development and execution

    Experience leading complex operational and critical initiatives, ideally with / within a global, matrixed organization

    Ability to lead, inspire the team, and develop bench talent for Adobe

    Incredible attention to detail and ownership of business outcomes
